You’ll thank me later
This place offers stunning views directly overlooking the waterfalls. The infinity pool is impressive, and the staff is genuinely helpful. It's the only hotel located inside the national park, granting early park access. Do yourself a favor and book a room with a waterfall view for an unforgettable experience.

missingWrote a review on 18 Augslow service
While the location and views are top-notch, the dining experience left much to be desired. The inability to purchase park tickets on-site makes for a frustrating start, especially after a long journey, and the slow food and drink service at both the restaurant and rooftop bar significantly detracted from the overall enjoyment. Additionally, room maintenance issues, like the leaking shower and malfunctioning USB ports, add to an overall feeling of neglect that overshadows the hotel's luxurious image.

Amazing Views and Service!
The staff was super friendly, especially Jorge in the restaurant—he's the best! Waking up to the falls was unforgettable. The breakfast had great options, and I loved the poolside vibe. Just a heads-up, the noise from taxis outside was a little annoying, but it didn't ruin the experience. Totally worth it!

A bit more assistance for seniors would be appreciated.

The location is unbeatable! I had quick access to the paths of the Iguazu Falls right from the hotel. The view from my room was simply breathtaking. I went for a Deluxe Room with King Bed and Jungle View — worth every penny. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Having access to the Red Level service made a real difference. I received a welcome drink and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had! Fresh ingredients, so many options. However, I did have an issue with the restaurant. I ordered tacos, but they weren’t what I expected—they lacked tortillas and felt incomplete. Also, after a lavish stay, I was caught off guard by the high price of the laundry service. Communication about additional costs could be clearer. But overall, the setting was so lovely.
